Collecting gratitude

How many beautiful moments did you experience today as a parent?

Often in the business of everyday life we overlook the smaller of bigger beautiful moments with our kids. Our brain is wired in a way that it remembers negative experiences much easier than positive ones. One practice can be that you also together with your child(ren) before sleeping go through the day and collect positive experiences of the day, or for what one is grateful for of today.
